Description: The Rexroth Direction Valve SL20PA1-43 is a hydraulically operated check valve, of the seated valve type, with pilot-operated operation. It is hydraulically actuated and can reliably block the flow of oil at selected ports. The valve has an external pilot return function and a connection diagram according to ISO 5781-08-10-0-16. It has a maximum working pressure of 315 bar and a flow rate of up to 350 L/min.
Areas of application: The valve is used in a wide range of industrial scenarios where precise control of the direction of flow of hydraulic fluid is required, including but not limited to: Hydraulic systems: for controlling the unidirectional flow of hydraulic fluid and preventing backflow. Machine building: in a variety of mechanical devices, for hydraulic support and control. Mining Machinery: plays an important role in hydraulic support equipment for coal mining machinery. Industrial automation: for automated production lines that require high reliability and precise control.

Flexible control: Pilot operated and can be reversed opened by external control of the hydraulic pressure. Compact design: Compact design and weight of only 4.8 kg make it ideal for space-constrained applications. Durable: NBR seals enable operation in ambient temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.
Construction:
Hydraulic pumps of the PGZ type are gerotor pumps with fixed displacement.
They mainly consist of: Flange housing , shaft , the displacer elements inner rotor and outer rotor, as well as driving disk and cover.
Suction and displacement procedure:
Via the driving disk the shaft drives the inner rotor in the direction of rotation shown. The inner rotor meshes with the outer rotor and causes the same to rotate as well.
The tooth clearances opening in the suction area prime the hydraulic fluid. The suction and pressure area are separated on the opposite side of the meshing area by a radial gap created by the tooth profile of the outer and the inner rotor sliding against each other.
Within the pressure area the hydraulic fluid is pumped into the pressure port as the chambers become.
Properties:
The gearing with cycloid contour is characterized by a large meshing length. Filling zone and displacement area cover a large rotation angle. This results in low flow pulsation and thus very low operating noise.
The shaft and the displacer are supported by a slide bearing and work in a wear-free manner when used as intended.
Gerotor pumps PGZ are self-priming.
