Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth DBEM10-7X/100YG24K4M (R901335402) is a sophisticated pilot-operated pressure relief valve, designed for hydraulic systems that require precise control over operating pressures. This valve is particularly suited for applications where the pressure needs to be limited in a stepless manner based on an electrical command value. It features a main spool insert within its housing, a sandwich plate valve for maximum pressure limitation, and a proportional pilot control valve. The operation of the DBEM10-7X/100YG24K4M involves the pressure at channel P acting on the main spool while also being applied to the spring-loaded side of this spool through control lines with nozzles. This action is balanced against the force from the proportional solenoid at the pilot poppet. When hydraulic force overtakes solenoid force, it opens up pathways that allow pilot oil to flow to the tank, thus modulating pressure at port P. Incorporated into this valve is a spring-loaded pressure relief feature preset to specific pressures for safety against excessive pressures.
Should these limits be exceeded, it enables oil flow into the tank which relieves excess pressure and protects the system. The DBEM10-7X/100YG24K4M allows for adjustment of preset pressures via an adjustment element and requires external piping to the tank from port Y. Port X offers additional functionality for unloading or limiting maximum pressure. This model is designed for subplate mounting with porting patterns conforming to ISO standards, ensuring broad compatibility and ease of integration into various hydraulic systems. With its combination of advanced features and reliable performance, this valve represents an integral component for managing hydraulic system pressures with precision and safety.
