Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth HED 8 OH-2X/350K14 (R901101640) is a high-quality piston type hydraulic pressure switch designed for monitoring and controlling the pressure in hydraulic systems. It features a robust housing and a micro switch with NC/NO contact function, capable of potential-free switching of currents ranging from mA to 0.5A. The device offers small hysteresis and high repetition accuracy, less than 1% of the set pressure, ensuring precise operation. This model is equipped with NBR seals suitable for hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, and HVLPD. It has a flange connection according to ISO standards and can be used as a subplate mounting or pipeline installation component or stacked vertically with sandwich plates. The pressure switch comes with various adjustment types including spindles with or without protective caps, rotary knobs (lockable or not), all designed to accommodate different user preferences and applications.
The electrical connection is made through a large cubic connector DIN EN without mating connector included. It operates within a supply voltage range of 24 to 240 V AC/DC and conforms to CE, CCC, UL, and RoHS standards. With its maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and adjustable pressure ratings (50, 100, 200, 250, and 315 bar), this component series X is versatile for different system requirements. To ensure longevity and reliability of the HED 8 OH-2X/350K14 pressure switch, it should be installed in an environment with minimal vibrations and protected from hydraulic shocks. This unit is recognized as an UL component for certain pressure ranges up to 315 bar and also holds CCC certification. Its weight stands at approximately .60 kg which contributes to its sturdy yet manageable build for various industrial applications.
