The difference between different types of brake valves
Air brake valve: Commonly used in medium and heavy-duty vehicles, such as Dongfeng Capt, etc., suitable for vehicles with large brake cylinders.
Hydraulic brake valve: Excellent in terms of precise control, energy saving, durability and reliability, suitable for scenes requiring high-precision control.

Precautions for use
Easy operation: When pulling the emergency brake valve handle, it should be pulled slowly and gently to avoid the train breaking the hook or excessive impact. Release the handle after the train stops.
Pressure monitoring: If the pointer of the train pipe pressure gauge has dropped to 400KPa, the emergency brake valve shall not be pulled again, because the driver has taken parking measures.
Pressure gauge monitoring: On a long downhill slope, if the pressure gauge pointer drops more than 100kPa, the emergency brake valve shall not be used unless the corner plug is closed.
Reporting mechanism: After using the emergency brake valve, the reason should be reported to the on-duty personnel directing the driving, and the brake valve should be checked and re-sealed.
