The Bosch Rexroth PGF2-2X/016RE01VE4 (R900932267) is a high-quality internal gear pump designed for industrial and mobile applications in open circuits. It features a constant displacement with an aluminum housing, ensuring durability and resistance to various working conditions. The pump operates with maximum efficiency due to its gap compensation, which also contributes to its low noise and low pulsation characteristics. With FKM seals, it is compatible with hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HEES, and HEPR. This model has been engineered for variable speed drives and can handle two million load cycles at maximum pressure. Its clockwise rotation and through-drive capability make it versatile for various system configurations. The PGF2-2X/016RE01VE4 comes equipped with an involute gear tooth system that minimizes flow and pressure pulsations, further enhancing its quiet operation.
The pump's axial compensation ensures perfect sealing of the pressure chamber by maintaining extraordinarily small gaps between rotating and fixed parts. Radial compensation is achieved through carefully designed area ratios and sheet seals between the segment filler element and pinion shaft, ensuring near leakage-free sealing. Bosch Rexroth has utilized high-quality materials in the construction of this pump: aluminum alloy for the housing, steel for the internal gear and pinion shaft, copper-tin alloy with a steel back for plain bearings, brass alloy for segment support elements, and plastic for sheet seals. The PGF2-2X/016RE01VE4 is capable of handling broad viscosity and speed ranges while offering excellent suction characteristics. All frame sizes can be combined with one another or with other pumps such as PGH internal gear pumps, PV vane pumps, or axial piston pumps. Optional integrated valve technology can be requested for connection covers. This pump is particularly suitable for medium performance and pressure range drives in industrial applications like machine tools or fatigue-resistant mobile applications including lifting equipment, fans, and spreaders. It boasts a maximum operating pressure of bar and a maximum displacement of cm³.
