Working principle of cartridge valve
The cartridge valve consists of a control cover plate, an cartridge unit (including a valve sleeve, a spring, a spool and a seal), an cartridge block and a pilot element. The cartridge unit is encapsulated in the cartridge body and communicates with the pilot valve through the control cover plate. By controlling the opening and closing of the main valve spool, the on-off of the main oil circuit can be controlled. Using different pilot valves, pressure control, direction control or flow control can be achieved, and can be composed of composite control .
Structural characteristics of cartridge valve
Cartridge valve has the characteristics of light weight, small volume, small power loss, fast response during switching, small impact, small leakage, good stability, good manufacturing process and so on. The typical structure includes a poppet valve assembly and a control cover plate. The poppet valve assembly is composed of a spring, a valve sleeve, a valve core and a seal. The control oil circuit may contain damping holes to improve the dynamic performance of the valve .
