Free floating design: The valve tail of SUN cartridge valve is designed to float freely, which allows its closely fitting working components to float in the valve body, thereby reducing sensitivity to installation torque and avoiding the possibility of internal moving components getting stuck.
High reliability and long life: The internal working components of SUN cartridge valves are heat-treated, with wear resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance and long service life.
Large flow and low pressure loss: SUN cartridge valve design enables it to work normally under high operating pressure and large flow, with large flow channel area and valve block volume 50% smaller than other brands.
Easy to install and maintain: SUN cartridge valves are functionally tested before leaving the factory, easy to install and maintain, reducing installation time and maintenance time.
High precision and low cost: SUN cartridge valves have high pressure regulation accuracy, small pressure fluctuations, fast response speed, small size and low cost, suitable for mass production.
Precautions for use include:
Installation torque: Ensure that the installation torque is appropriate to avoid excessive or low torque causing the valve to loosen or leak.
Cleaning and maintenance: When cleaning or inspecting the plug-in valve, there is no need to change the existing settings of the valve or remove any piping.
Pressure adjustment: When using a relief valve, pay attention to the relationship between the pilot pressure and the load pressure, and ensure that the pilot pressure is more than 75psi (5bar) greater than the drain pressure.
Leakage problem: When using a slide valve, pay attention to the leakage problem of the slide valve and avoid using it in load locking applications.
