High performance and reliability: Airtac cylinders comply with JIS and ISO6432 standards and are miniature cylinders with compact structure, small size and light weight. The piston rod guide has high precision and the guide bearing does not need to be lubricated separately. The stainless steel piston rod and cylinder body can adapt to general corrosive working environments.
Various specifications and accessories: Airtac cylinders provide a variety of specifications and installation accessories to meet the needs of different customers. For example, the PB series and PBR series cylinders are suitable for higher frequency working environments, while the MI series and TMIC series cylinders have anti-collision pads and various back cover forms, which are more convenient to install.
Corrosion and high temperature resistance: Airtac cylinders use high-precision stainless steel pipes with high strength and corrosion resistance. Some models such as the MF series and MA series cylinders use high temperature resistant sealing materials and can work normally at 150°C.
Efficient buffer system: The MAC series stainless steel buffer cylinders are equipped with an efficient buffer system to ensure smooth operation and are suitable for precision machining and heavy handling.
Precautions for use include:
Installation and maintenance: Avoid putting your hands into the gap between the fixed plate and the cylinder body during installation. Keep the external force concentric with the piston rod to avoid damaging the moving parts. Strictly comply with the limit requirements of the cylinder fixed plate rotation torque, lateral load, load mass and maximum speed during use.
Working environment: Ensure that the working medium is air filtered by a filter of 40μm or more, the operating pressure range is between 0.15~1.0MPa, and the pressure resistance is 1.5MPa. The operating temperature range is 20~70℃, and the operating speed range is 30~800mm/s.
Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly check the various components of the cylinder to ensure that they are in good condition. Replace worn seals and lubricants in time to maintain efficient operation of the cylinder.
