Product Description:
AVENTICS pneumatic directional control valve has the following features:
High efficiency: It adopts dual-coil operating elements, with fast switching speed and quick response, and can complete gas path switching in a short time.
Reliability: Through the external pilot operation mode and the sealing principle of soft seal, the sealing effect is more reliable, preventing gas leakage and external impurities from entering the system, and ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
Durability: The shell is made of polyamide (nylon) reinforced glass fiber, which has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can operate stably for a long time in harsh working environments. The sealing material is made of propylene rubber, which can maintain its elasticity at different temperatures and extend the service life of the valve.
Flexibility: It adopts electronic operation mode, and remote control can be achieved through electrical signals, which is convenient for the integration and management of automation systems.
Precautions for use:
Environmental conditions: The ambient temperature when the pneumatic valve is operated should be between -25℃ and 60℃, and the relative humidity should be ≤95%. In places with earthquake sources, stay away from the vibration source or add anti-vibration measures. Pneumatic valves should be installed vertically. They can be tilted in special circumstances, but the angle should not be too large.
Operation method: Pneumatic valves should be closed clockwise when opened and closed. The number of opening and closing revolutions should not be too many. The number of revolutions of large-diameter valves should be within 200-600 revolutions. For ease of operation, the maximum opening and closing torque should be 240N-m, and the operating end should be square and facing the ground.
Maintenance: The pipeline should be cleaned before installation to remove dirt and welding slag. The valve should be cleaned again after installation to ensure that no impurities remain in the valve body. After using the handwheel mechanism, it should be restored to the original neutral position.
Electrical part: The electrical part of the pneumatic valve should be installed according to the relevant electrical equipment construction requirements. If it is a flameproof product, it should be installed in accordance with the "Electrical Equipment Installation Specifications for Explosion Hazardous Locations".
