Features
Versatility: Rexroth temperature sensor ABZMT-1X/0300MS/D0-T4-K24 can be used for temperature monitoring of fluid systems, providing up to four conversion outputs, or a combination of one conversion output and one analog output.
Flexible installation method: The display and control device can be installed on the oil tank through a switching tube, or the display and control device can be installed on a 35 mm top hat rail as a remote display. The display can be rotated 270° to adapt to different installation requirements.
Programming and configuration: It can be programmed through a menu based on the VDMA standard data table, providing a logbook function for storing low and maximum temperature values and 6 events.
Precautions for use
Grounding method: The metal cover of the thermostat is connected to the grounded metal part of the equipment to ensure safety.
Installation requirements: When installing in contact temperature sensing, the metal cover should be close to the mounting surface of the controlled device, and thermal grease or other thermal conductive media with similar properties should be applied to the temperature sensing surface. During installation, the top of the cover must not be collapsed, loosened or deformed to avoid affecting performance.
Prevent liquid infiltration: Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the thermostat, do not cause cracks in the housing, and do not arbitrarily change the shape of the external terminals.
Programming and settings: Use the product under the conditions described in the operating instructions, the product use complies with the nameplate regulations, and the product is used for the intended application. Bosch Rexroth AG is exempted from liability in the event of unauthorized changes in the device.
Maintenance and care: Regularly check whether the technical data corresponds to the application parameters and ensure that all parts have arrived. Connect the monitoring device/protection device correctly and use original spare parts.
