Features of Danfoss temperature control valves include:
Intelligent adjustment: The temperature control valve can adjust the valve resistance in real time according to the changes in ambient temperature, control the flow rate, and ensure the room temperature is stable. The temperature sensor package inside can sensitively sense the temperature of the surrounding environment, and then intelligently control the amount of hot water entering the radiator.
Significant energy saving effect: The temperature control valve can effectively utilize free energy such as solar energy, electrical heat dissipation and human heat dissipation, with a utilization rate of up to 20%. Using Danfoss temperature control valves can significantly reduce energy consumption. For example, if the gas cost in a winter is about 2,000-3,000 yuan, using a temperature control valve can save 500-700 yuan.
Precise control: The temperature control valve has PI and PID adjustment functions, precise control, and can achieve fluid flow, pressure, pressure difference, temperature, humidity, enthalpy and air quality control. The actuator is electromechanical and electrohydraulic, with manual and automatic adjustment functions, sensitive adjustment, large shut-off force, and adjustable flow characteristics.
Precautions for use include:
Installation requirements: When installing the temperature control valve, make sure it is close to the installation surface of the controlled device to avoid the plastic or metal shell from being crushed or deformed to avoid affecting the performance. For products with an insulating jacket, the outer insulating jacket must not be removed or crushed to avoid leakage and ensure safe use.
Environmental requirements: The temperature control valve should be stored and used in a ventilated, clean, dry place with a relative humidity of less than 90%, an ambient temperature below 40°C, and no corrosive gases.
Current limit: When used in a circuit with a current of no more than 5A, a copper core wire with a cross-section of 0.4-0.75㎜2 should be selected for connection.
