The Rexroth vane pump is an efficient hydraulic device mainly used for liquid transport in various industrial applications. The design and operating principle of this pump is based on the dynamic change of the blade during rotation and the change of the sealing volume formed by the blade with the inner surface of the pump housing and the two side planes.The main components of Rexroth vane pump include oil distribution disc, drive shaft, rotor, stator, vane and pump body. The inner surface of the stator is cylindrical, the rotor has evenly distributed narrow slots, the blades are installed in the slots, and can slide in the slots. There is eccentricity between rotor and stator, eccentricity is e. When the rotor rotates, the blades are tightly attached to the inner surface of the stator under the pressure of centrifugal force and pressure oil introduced into the blade root. In this way, two adjacent blades, the inner surface of the stator, the outer surface of the rotor and the oil pan constitute a plurality of sealing working volumes at both ends. When the drive shaft drives the rotor in the direction of rotation, the right side of the blade gradually extends out, and the working volume of the seal gradually increases, resulting in a local vacuum, so the liquid is sucked through the oil port and the oil tray .
