Proportional valve, the full name is electro-hydraulic proportional valve, is a kind of hydraulic valve that converts the input electrical signal into force or displacement proportionally, so as to continuously control the pressure, flow and other parameters.
The proportional valve is composed of DC proportional electromagnet and hydraulic valve. The hydraulic valve part is little different from the general hydraulic valve, and the DC proportional electromagnet is different from the electromagnet used in the general solenoid valve, and the displacement output and suction output can be obtained proportional to the given current by using the proportional electromagnet. Proportional valve according to its control parameters can be divided into proportional pressure valve, proportional flow valve, proportional direction valve three categories.
Product Feature
Proportional control valve is a control valve that can control the flow, pressure and direction of the hydraulic system proportionally according to the input electrical signal, and its output flow and pressure can not be affected by load changes.
Compared with ordinary hydraulic components, proportional valves have the following characteristics:
(1) Electrical signals are easy to transmit and can be easily controlled at a long distance.
(2) Can continuously and proportionally control the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system, realize the control of the position, speed and force of the actuator, and reduce the impact when the pressure changes.
(3) The number of components is reduced and the oil circuit is simplified.
At the same time, the use conditions and maintenance of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve are the same as that of a general hydraulic component, and the anti-pollution performance is stronger than that of the servo valve, and the work is reliable.
