Specification
High speed motor to be tested according to the method of testing pumps.
Low speed motor is tested in simple method. Mount a pump onto the test table. The pump is connected with the 75KW electric driving motor. Let the electric driving motor drive the pump, then let the pump drive the low-speed hydraulic motor.
The bench also do the auxiliary test for hydraulic oil cylinder, low speed hydraulic motor and valves
II. , Test Items:
1, Displacement test: no-load pressure test, displacement test
2, Test of volume efficiency: the volume efficiency under rated operating conditions,
3. Overload test: maximum displacement of hydraulic pump or motor (high speed), nominal speed, running for less than 1 minute under rated pressure of 110% or under the maximum pressure
4. External Leakage test:, check of the leakage of the sealing parts in the tests above
5. Auxiliary test for hydraulic oil cylinder, low-speed hydraulic motor and valves
III. Function and parameters of the test bench
1. Driving mode: by electric motor, 75kw+22KW+1.5KW+0.75KW+0.8KW
2, Speed adjusting mode: frequency convertor control 0-1500r/min.
3, Loading mode: two-way loading, through guide relief valve, 31.5 Mpa, Tandem pumps can be tested.
4.max. flow of system: ≦400L/min× 2 loops
5. High-pressure auxiliary system:
max pressure of 5MPA, max, flow is ≦7.5L/min
6. Low- pressure auxiliary system:
max pressure of 3MPA, max, flow is ≦330L/min
7. The test bench should be used where the temperature is 0-60℃
8. air-cooling radiator for cooling oil
9. the sensor and the controlling electric power: DC24 V
10.. Displaying mode: rotation speed, flow, and the temperature are showed in digital .meter. Pressure is displayed by mechanical meter. All the test data will be showed on the computer.
11. Oil supply from test bench to pump needing test:: both self priming ,and in forced way
12. what can be tested? the test bench mainly test open hydraulic pumps, tandem open pumps, closed pumps, and high-speed hydraulic motors. , and additionally test hydraulic cylinder and low speed motor ,etc. When a low-speed motor is tested, a open pump is needed as the oil source for the low speed motor,, and the testing method is that oil come in from Port A and then out from Port B.
13. The test bench is able to test both clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation pumps
14, The test bench is with an oil filter equipment cart for recycling the leaked oil
15,oil tank volume: 800L
16. oil in and oil out are filtered with alarm function
17. Generally the buyer is able to install the hoses onto the test bench after receiving the test bench. But if the buyer need the seller send a technician to go to his factory to install the test bench, he need bear the cost of the round air tickets, and food, hotel , accommodation in the country of the buyer.
