Pneumatic torque wrench
The nut wrench type DSP is a pneumatic torque wrench that includes a planetary gear transmission and a pneumatic air motor.
For tightening and loosening M10-M60 bolt connections from 250 Nm to 12,000 Nm. Operated by aerodynamics-very suitable for places where there is no or no electricity supply, such as the oil and gas industry.
The required torque value of the nut tightener will be adjusted at the compressed air precision control valve. The air pressure and torque values are listed in the data sheet attached to the nut tightener.
Pneumatic Torque Wrench is a hand-operated power tool and must be used exclusively for tightening and unscrewing bolted connections.
Never combine the wrench with other tools, such as impact screw drivers or drill.
The minimum and maximum torques can be taken from the table corresponding to the torque wrench and the corresponding setting
value must be selected. The torque wrench must be used only with the reaction arms supplied as standard by .before modifying any support arm, as an uncontrolled operating state (overturning moment) can occur, and lead to the risk of accidents.
