Advantage:
1.Computer PLC programmable man-machine interface, touch screen can display the fault information, convenient equipment maintenance, digital control operating system, can realize automatic feeding, automatic die cutting, can have five arrangement graphics mode choice, automatically set the number of cutting, high precision, position precision can reach 0.2 mm, saving materials, high work efficiency, reduce labor intensity.
2.The LC program control center has the memory function of the operation instructions, which is not affected after the power failure or after work, so as to facilitate the operation.
3.Adopt servo motor control punch transverse moving around, multilayer material flat out on the feeding machine cutting knife board, servo motor drives the feeding machine cutting knife plate feeding into the cutting according to the requirements of nc instructions. The machine automatically completes the return of feed, blanking and blade feeding platform, and the return stroke of the head displacement distance, feed length and blade board can be set precisely. This paper deals with the problem of the imprecise layering length of multi-layer material and the difficulty of material feeding.
4.The machine has manual and automatic two ways of working, workers can only pick up finished materials, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
5.The machine can be used to collect materials and save 10% to 15% of raw materials.
6.Because of the microcomputer control, the automation level is high, the whole machine needs only one worker, the production efficiency can be increased 3-5 times, saving energy nearly 1/3.
7.Double oil cylinder, four-column automatic balance connecting the structure, ensure that each cutting position of the cutting depth is exactly the same.
8.Special setting mechanism, with the cutting knife height setting, make the stroke adjustment convenient and accurate.
9.The central automatic lubrication system ensures the precision of the machine and improves the machine durability and service life.
10.Special specification can be customized (door width and length of feeding platform).
