Application:
This machine is suitable for foam pads, bed cutting & pressing, and all kinds of non-metal sheet metal materials to be cut or press.

2. The main engine adopts a double oil cylinder, double crank automatic balance connecting rod balance, and four-column precision guide mechanism to ensure the cutting depth of each cutting position is exactly the same.
3. When pressing the pressing plate, it is automatically slow to cut the cutting, so that there is no size error between the top and bottom of the cutting material.
4. All sliding parts are lubricated by a hydraulic system, reducing wear and tear, ensuring the service life and precision of the machine.
5. The automatic feeding mechanism of the bilateral motor adopts the frequency conversion buffer system, which can simultaneously cut the different heights of the cutter to improve the efficiency of the work by 80%.
6. Can configure the cutting board microdevice, make the cutting board uniform consumption, cost-saving.
7. It can be equipped with die clamping device, and it is convenient and fast to replace the die.
