Function and characteristic
Suitable for carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate and various metal plates
lThe upper and lower rollers of the leveling machine use servo motors to drive high-precision turbine boxes.
lUsing a CNC full-closed loop control system, the displacement sensor feedbacks the position error in real time to ensure that the accuracy of the gap between the upper and lower rollers is always constant during machine operation
lThe optimally designed gear distribution box outputs power to each leveling roller smoothly through high-strength universal joints;
lHigh-strength gears are finely ground after heat treatment, with stable transmission and low noise;
lThe fully enclosed structure of the gear distribution box is lubricated with lubricating oil to eliminate waste oil pollution and meet the requirements of 5S on-site management;
l The machine is equipped with 21 leveling rollers, each of which uses high-strength alloy steel, and has obtained the best mechanical properties through hardening. The hardness is HRc 58-63. These characteristics ensure that the leveling rollers have Toughness and long service life required during operation, the surface of the leveling roller is polished;
lThe optimized non-equidistant roller pitch arrangement can make the plate stress be released to the maximum during the processing;
lEach leveling roller is individually driven by a gear distribution box through a high-strength cardan shaft.
lThe leveling roller is installed in a needle bearing. The bearing is sealed by a rotating shaft seal. The bearing point is filled with lubricating oil. This can extend the lubrication interval and greatly reduce maintenance costs.
lSupport bearings are densely arranged between the leveling rollers to provide the best level of support for the leveling rollers to ensure a stable leveling effect;
There is a lifetime grease lubrication system in the leveling roller bearings. Automatic circulation lubrication system provides lubrication for cardan shaft.
