Machine feature
1. The electric control system, using well-known Japanese controllers, such as servo drivers, servo motors, positioning modules,
PLC … etc. produced by Mitsubishi Corporation, has strong performance and good stability.
2. The powerful PLC can accommodate 1000 groups of file editors. If it is not enough, it can be configured separately to expand the
number of editing groups indefinitely.
3. It has the function of automatically detecting errors and faults and displaying them on the screen so that the operator can
easily correct the faults.
4. All processing data are input from the touch screen.
5. Each bend can be changed by different materials, and the compensation value, speed and degreasing clearance can be set
6. Each bend of the same pipe can be independently programmed with seven action programs and eight sections of speed, which can be
used by operators to improve work efficiency and reduce interference points of pipe fittings.
7. The feeding shaft and tilting shaft are driven by servo motors with high repetition accuracy and good stability
