ZYC180 hydraulic pile driver machine to pushing or pressing the precast concrete pile with lifting crane
1. Product description : The traditional driving of precast piles still dominates the world, partly supported by the high reliability of both the pile as well as the input method.
However,because of regulations and environmental issues the various methods that form the piles in the ground also become more popular. Yet, these methods do not provide the same high quality pile as the precast foundation pile.
Pushing instead of driving the high quality precast concrete piles unites the advantages of the piles with those of pushing. Noise is reduced to a minimum and no vibrations are caused. In partucular in urban areas this is favorable.
In Asia this method has been successfully used for over a decade. T-works as a professional manufacturer for jack in machine is always keeping impoving the design to meet the customers' actual requirement.
The series of hydraulic pile driver machine capacity is from 80ton to 1200ton , but we also can do smaller model like 60ton. The pile it can drive is from 150mm to 800mm for precast concretespun pile, 150mm to 650mm for square pile . H-pile, triangle pile, tube are also suitable by changing the jaws of the machine.

4. Features advantages :
1) Patents support the technical and keep improving all the times
With keeping moving thought inside of all T-works' staffs, we always gather the detail requirements from our customers and know what they want according to the actual condition during working. The technical engineer will do improvment and make some new design to suit the actual needs, that is why we have accumulated many patents .
2) Special side mechanism
Special side mechanism with separated pushing cylinder and clamping box , sharing the same clamps with center piling. The side distance to the wall is only 450mm, suitable for mini project in the narrow corner. It can reach half piling force of center. It can push the triangle pile, square pile, round pile, H- pile, and other shapes.
3) Assembly and De- mobilization
After shipment, the machine has to be assembled using the instructions and maybe with help of our employees as usual , This takes one or two days, after which a trainning can be given in working with the hydraulic pile pusher.
This is a special design for its legs which is automatical . It can walk onto the trailer freely by its walking mechanism. Also no need to dismantle them during transporation .
4) After sale service and quality gurantee
1) To train operating,maintenance and construction people for our customers.
6) We guarantee to keep our Main Machine in good repair for 1 year after sale and 6 months for accessories. In the guarantee time, any quality problem caused by manufacturing after confirmation of us shall be repaired for free; Exceed the guarantee time, we can also supply repair services to our products charged for repair cost only.
