ZYC460 Hydraulic jacking in pile machine for PHC pile of piling foundation with noise free and no vibration
1. Product description : Because of regulations and environmental issues ,the various methods that form the piles in the ground also become more popular. Hydraulic jacking in pile driver adopt the static hydraulic system to push or press the pile without any noise, no vibration, no pollution, which is also good for protecting from damaging the pile by hammering.
In Asia this method has been successfully used for over a decade. T-works as a professional manufacturer for hydraulic jack in pile driver machine is always keeping impoving the design to meet the customers' actual requirement.
there are series from 80Ton to 1200ton. It can drive the precast concrete pile from 150mm to 650mm for square pile, 300mm to 800mm for round pile. It also can push the tube, triangle pile, H-pile, etc by changing its jaws inside of the clamping box.
The capacity for ZYC460 is 460T, main body is 145Ton, and 315 ton counterweight is required to reach up to the piling capacity .
the lifting crane available is 16T.

4. Features advantages :
1) Patents support the technical and keep improving all the times
With keeping moving thought inside of all T-works' staffs, we always gather the detail requirements from our customers and know what they want according to the actual condition during working. The technical engineer will do improvment and make some new design to suit the actual needs, that is why we have accumulated many patents .
2) Side mechanism
Side piling mechanism can reach at least 50% of center piling capacity, sharing the same clamping box and jaws with center. It can push the triangle pile, square pile, round pile, H- pile, and other shapes.
3) Assembly and De- mobilization
After shipment, the machine has to be assembled using the instructions and maybe with help of our employees as usual , This takes one or two days, after which a trainning can be given in working with the hydraulic pile pusher.
This is a special design for its legs which is automatical . It can walk onto the trailer freely by its walking mechanism. Also no need to dismantle them during transporation .

6) We guarantee to keep our Main Machine in good repair for 1 year after sale and 6 months for accessories. In the guarantee time, any quality problem caused by manufacturing after confirmation of us shall be repaired for free; Exceed the guarantee time, we can also supply repair services to our products charged for repair cost only.
