Hydraulic pile foundation machine for pressing the precast concrete spun pile or square pile ZYC180
1. Product description : The traditional driving of precast piles still dominates the world, partly supported by the high reliability of both the pile as well as the input method.
However,because of regulations and environmental issues the various methods that form the piles in the ground also become more popular. Yet, these methods do not provide the same high quality pile as the precast foundation pile.
Pushing instead of driving the high quality precast concrete piles unites the advantages of the piles with those of pushing. Noise is reduced to a minimum and no vibrations are caused. In partucular in urban areas this is favorable.
The hydraulic static pile driver can drive the precast concrete pile from 150mm to 650mm for square pile, 300mm to 800mm for round pile. It also can push the tube, triangle pile, H-pile, etc by changing its jaws inside of the clamping box. It is no noise, no vibration, no pollution during working, also no harm to the pile.
The piling capacity is 180ton. Main body is 85Ton, and 95Ton of counterweight is required to reach up to 180ton
the lifting crane available is 8T or 12T with different price.

4. Features advantages :
1) Patents support the technical and keep improving all the times
With keeping moving thought inside of all T-works' staffs, we always gather the detail requirements from our customers and know what they want according to the actual condition during working. The technical engineer will do improvment and make some new design to suit the actual needs, that is why we have accumulated many patents .
2) Side mechanism
Side piling mechanism can reach at least 50% of center piling capacity, sharing the same clamping box and jaws with center. It can push the triangle pile, square pile, round pile, H- pile, and other shapes.
3) Assembly and De- mobilization
After shipment, the machine has to be assembled using the instructions and maybe with help of our employees as usual , This takes one or two days, after which a trainning can be given in working with the hydraulic pile pusher.
This is a special design for its legs which is automatical . It can walk onto the trailer freely by its walking mechanism. Also no need to dismantle them during transporation .
4) After sale service and quality gurantee
1) To train operating,maintenance and construction people for our customers.
6) We guarantee to keep our Main Machine in good repair for 1 year after sale and 6 months for accessories. In the guarantee time, any quality problem caused by manufacturing after confirmation of us shall be repaired for free; Exceed the guarantee time, we can also supply repair services to our products charged for repair cost only.
