There was a time when people used to know that small excavator cannot be fitted with pile driver! In 2009 VIBRA research and development team solve the problem that small foundation pile cannot be mechanized construction piling work. Its birth fills the industry gap and changed the history, VIBRA has 3 models of mini pile driver namely FV100, FV150 and FV250 can be fitted with excavator from 6 to 18 ton. The structures are ultra-small and lightweight, and the vibration force is maximized. It can be use in the construction of narrow river course and house foundation, drawing steel sheet piles, cement piles, wooden piles, etc. VIBRA FV150 fitted with SANY SY215C ACE excavator which will be use for 8-meter sheet pile driving work nearby a cannel in Jiading District, Shanghai, China. Working Principle

Hydraulic vibrating pile driver take the advantage of high frequency vibration generated by motor and transit the vibration force to the hydraulic vibrating pile driver for the surrounding soil liquefying & break its structure to reduce the friction; then piling or drilling the pile form the soil ground via excavator. The high frequency vibration is driven by the hydraulic motor of the excavator.

The hydraulic motor drives the two eccentric axes to rotate at high speed in opposite direction. The horizontal force of the eccentric axis cancels each other without vibration. The vertical forces add up to each other, creating a vertical-frequency vibration.
