Pistons, the piston or cylinder block, valve plate, piston shoes, swash plate, and the drive shaft are the important components in a piston pump. Axial piston hydraulic pumps are widely used for closed circuit system, such as agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, industrial machinery, combine harvester and transit mixer truck etc many machineries.
Axial piston hydraulic pumps features:
Axial piston hydraulic pumps are well engineered and easy to handle.
Bearings of piston pumps are all tapered roller bearing, which can load heavy external axial forces.
When hydraulic piston pumps operated mechanically, the servo displacement can control and keep the angle of swash plate and pump displacement.
Closed circuit hydraulic pump is fed directly by the hydraulic fluid returning from the actuator (hydraulic motor).
