Description:
 

The hydraulic pump of the underground electric scraper produced by the company is a swash plate displacement pump, which is mainly used in a closed circuit drive system. The direction of the pump output flow changes as the swashplate angle crosses the neutral or zero displacement position;

Tapered roller bearings, the pump can withstand high radial loads;

The mechanical servo displacement control mechanism ensures that the swash plate is stored in the set position, thereby maintaining the stability of the displacement and the set value;

After releasing the control handle, the swash plate automatically returns to the neutral position, and the pump flow reduces to zero;

With a suitable shaft seal, the pump will not send leakage when the case pressure rises under low temperature conditions;

Servo control valves can integrate auxiliary control functions such as pressure setting or remote control systems;

The axial plunger product is designed for easy maintenance, and the pump can be completely and reassembled with standard receiving tools, and all components and components are highly interchangeable;

Hydraulic oil
The suitable replacement period for hydraulic oil in a sealed tank system is 2000 hours, and more often if the hydraulic oil is contaminated with water or other external materials or subjected to abnormal operating conditions.
As a general recommendation, the 10µ inlet oil filter should be replaced every spring or every 1500 hours (whichever occurs first) on a sealed tank system, or in an open tank system with an air filter fill cap. The oil filter should be replaced every 500 hours.
Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger core and fins are kept clean at all times for maximum cooling and system efficiency, and the exterior of the heat exchanger is checked daily for blockages and cleaned as needed.
