Oil absorption capacity is often expressed by the height of oil absorption. The better the oil suction capacity of the Nachi piston pump, which is to prevent cavitation, vibration and noise at the suction port of the pump. The essence of the self-priming capability of the Fujitsu plunger pump is that a partial vacuum is formed in the suction cavity of the pump, and the hydraulic oil in the oil tank flows into the suction cavity under the action of atmospheric pressure.
Therefore, the greater the vacuum of the oil suction chamber of the FUJIYUE plunger pump, the higher the oil suction height. However, the value of the vacuum degree is limited by the cavitation conditions. Generally, the allowable suction height does not exceed 500 mm (that is, the length of the suction pipe)
For the Nachi plunger pump with insufficient self-priming capacity, generally the following 3 methods can be used to easily solve it:
(1) Make the liquid level of the fuel tank higher than theNachi plunger pump--that is, install the Nachi plunger pump at a position below the liquid level of the fuel tank.
(2) Adopt a pressure oil tank-that is, a closed oil tank is used to increase the surface pressure of the oil tank, and the general pre-pressure is 0.05~0.25MPa.
(3) The charge pump is used to supply oil, and the charge pressure is generally 0.3~0.7MPa. For Nachi plunger pumps of different structure types, their self-priming capacity is different, so the self-priming capacity of the pump is also one of its performance indiors.
