Customer Requirement
1. Use robot to replace labor force for welding. Manual loading and unloading of product. One time fixing of the product onto the fixture. 2. Workpiece material: galvanized steel, wall thickness: 0.8-1.2mm; Size: 584x400mm 3. The workpiece should be welded alternately on overlap sides and request to reduce the deformation. The flatness of the workpiece should be +/-1mm. 4. Try to make Less mark on the outer surface of the product.
Solutions 1. The complete welding robot system includes one set of HS-R6-165 2.5m arm length robot, 1 set of MF DC spot welding gun, 2 sets of fixed table and fixture and 1 set of water chiller, etc. 2.
