Description Of The Portable Spot Welding Machine
Suspension type spot welding machine is controlled by welding gun, transformer, controller, water cooling system, pneumatic pressing system, suspension device, etc. According to the movement of welding gun, it is devided into X-gun and C-gun.
The arm of X-gun welder is similar to scissors. This structure is suitable for welding work piece with large size and deep welding throat depth.
The welding arm lenth varies from 330mm, 420mm, 500mm, 600mm. Maximum could reach 1000mm. Or we can customize according to your requirement.
C-gun welder is suitable for welding work piece with small size with small throat depth, but with high welding speed requirement, such as pipe of ventilation duct or flange angle iron.
Features of The Portable Spot Welding Machine
1) Compact structure. Easy maintenance. Small in size so it can reduce labor intensity and help energy saving.
2) The electrode arm adopts good quality CuCrZr copper alloy to ensure welding performance, service life of welder or welding arm intensity.
3) This machine is equipped with large port diameter for air circuit system. Besides, it is euipped with imported penumatic parts to make the welding gun fast in speed so as to increase productivity.
4) Since the welding process is simple, no need to add flux or gas. Cost saving.
