This is a specialized machine designed for welding steel duct elbows. Transversal Steel Duct Elbow Seam welding machine equipped with special arm for the welding of stainless or carbon steel ducts and elbows for HVAC market, duct elbows are used to redirect airflow within ductwork, ensuring air flows and is distributed to desired locations. The function of this machine is to weld the seams of steel duct elbows, ensuring a strong and well-sealed connection, thus guaranteeing the proper functioning of the ductwork system.

Welding Method of The Seam Welding Machine
Adopt standardized welding electrode. Special electrode molds and welding methods can also be customized according to the product specification.
Features of The Seam Welding Machine
1. seam welding machine use the roller electrode to replace the cylindrical electrode of spot welding.
2. It will generate weld nuggets which will overlap with each other so as to achieve welding effect.
3. AC pulse current or amplitude modulation current will be adopted, but three (single)-phase rectification, medium frequency and high frequency DC are also available.
4. According to different overlap of the melting cores, it could be divided into roll spot welding and air-tight seam welding.
5. There exist three stages in the forming process of welding spots: pressurization, heating fusing and cooling crystallization like spot welding.
6. The welding wheel can be operated in both horizontal and vertical directions.
7. The transformer and the welding wheel adopt the forced water cooling circulation system, which has a high load duration and achieves Continuous and stable welding.
