1.Are your company a manufacturer or trading company?

We are well-experienced manufacturer specialized in producing binoculars,rifle scopes, telescopes for more than 15 years.

but this is our fourth year to do international business formally.

2.Does your product have any warranty?

Yes,we offer 2 years limited warranty for binoculars,monoculars,and 5years for scope products.

Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.

3.What's your payment method?

We usually accept the payment methods include Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram. Payment methods can be adaptable to your specific requirements.

For different countries, the payment methods we accept varies from each other.

30% deposit in advance and balance before shipping.Buyer can choose which payment ways that you accept.

4.What's your shipping method?

We provide comprehensive shipping methods.

For small quantity orders we ship by DHL,FEDEX, EMS/TNT Express service which is the fastest. Postal ways are also acceptable for small orders.

For large quantity orders we ship by Air transportation or sea transportation,we can also ship order to buyer’s cargo agent in China.

5.Does your quotation include shipping cost?

No,the quoted prices based on EXW price, don’t include shipping cost.
