A: YES. All of our lace wigs are made by 100% human hair and you could treat it as your own hair.
Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.
Q3. How to wash my hair?
A: Wash it with warm water with hair shampoo first , then deep condition it for about 10-15mins, it will get more soft and smooth again ! and suggest wash your hair every one or two weeks
Q4. Does the hair has smell?
A: The factory will put hair oil on it before ship hair to avoid hair dry during long terms of delivery, usually has no smell, a little smell will fade away after washing.
Q5. How can I order one more bundle?
A. You could place an order first, do not pay, leave a msg about what extra length you need, contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.
Q6. How long is the processing and shipment time?

Q7. Can I dye/color the hair?
A:Yes. The hair is made of 100% virgin Brazilian/Malaysian/Indian/Vietnamese/Burmese/Chinese human hair, so they can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend you to ask for help from your hairdresser.
Q8. I cancelled my order, why I still do not receive the refund?
A: After the order is cancelled, it takes about 7 working days for aliexpress to process the refund.
Q9. What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
