System process of Huaxian hydro cooler
The cold water pre-cooler belongs to the indirect cooling system. For large-scale cooling equipment, the shell-and-tube evaporator is used as the heat exchange equipment for the cooling water of the refrigeration system, and the water pump is used to circulate the cold water between the cold water pool and the shell-and-tube evaporator. After the cold water is cooled down in the evaporator, it enters the cold water pool under the action of the water pump to cool down the food machinery. The water after the temperature rises flows into the evaporator from the other side to cool down. The refrigerant absorbs the heat of the cold water in the evaporator to make it The cold water cools down and keeps it within the set temperature range (0~20 degrees).
