Introduction

Cold storage is a type of refrigeration equipment. Cold storage refers to the use of artificial means to create an environment different from the outdoor temperature or humidity, and it is also a constant temperature and humidity storage equipment for food, liquid, chemical, pharmaceutical, vaccine, scientific experiments and other items. Cold storage is usually located near the shipping port or origin. Compared with refrigerators, cold storage has a larger cooling area and has a common cooling principle.

Freezers at -18 degrees are generally used to store frozen meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruits, etc. If the product is quick-frozen before entering the freezer, the quality and storage time of the product can be extended. If the product has not been quick-frozen in advance, then the cooling capacity of the freezer needs to be designed to be larger in order to cool the product as soon as possible. It is generally recommended that the daily input volume should not exceed 10% of the design storage capacity of the freezer. If the 10% value is exceeded, the temperature in the freezer rises and it is difficult to cool down quickly, which affects the quality of the product.

The insulation board of the stainless steel freezer is composed of double-sided stainless steel board + polyurethane foam interlayer. Stainless steel storage panels are cleaner, more hygienic and durable than ordinary cold storage panels, and are suitable for products with high hygienic quality requirements.

• Yes, some customers cannot use pre-cooling equipment due to economic or space problems and directly use cold storage equipment. However, it is recommended that the daily input volume should not exceed 10% of the design cold storage volume.

3.How to install the cold storage room / walk in freezer?

4.What is the payment term?  

• By T/T, 30% deposit, the balance will be paid before shipment.
