Wheeled Sand Washing Machine working principle
When the wheeled sand washer works, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the triangle belt, reducer and gear, and the sand enters into the washing tank from the feeding trough, tumbles and grinds with each other under the driving of the impeller, removing the impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel, and at the same time, destroying the water vapor layer covering the sand particles, which is conducive to the dewatering; and at the same time, water is added to form a strong water current, which will take away the impurities and the small specific gravity of the foreign matters in time and be discharged from the overflowing mouth of the washing tank.
