Jaw Crusher working principle
Jaw crusher is driven by the motor belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw up and down movement, when the movable jaw rising elbow plate and the movable jaw between the angle becomes larger, so as to promote the jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate close to the same time with the material is crushed or split, to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the movable jaw downward, the elbow plate and the movable jaw angle becomes smaller, the movable jaw plate in the tie rod, the role of the spring, away from the fixed jaw plate, then crushed material from the bottom of the crushing cavity discharged with the continuous rotation of the motor and crusher jaw for the period operation of the crushing material, crushed into the desired particles from the discharge port discharge.
