Sphelite D001, a macroporous strong acid cation exchange resin, is available in sodium (Na) or hydrogen (H) form. Composed of a copolymer of styrene and divinylbenzene, it incorporates sulfonic acid groups for exchange. Its distinctive structure ensures high operational capacity and remarkable chemical and physical stability, making it widely applicable in water softening, deionization, and pure water production processes with efficient regeneration capabilities. Furthermore, it can be utilized in wastewater treatment and in the recovery of heavy metals.
