This welding head is special designed for tube to tube TIG welding,suitable for carbon steel,stainless steel tube to tube butt joint.lt's fit for fusion welding or wire feeding with external TB1501 integrated wire feeder with AVC&OSC function.lt is compatible with iOrbital5000 programmable toachieve accurate orbital TIG welding for tube/tubewelding with high repeatability.lt mainly applied inchemical,food,medicine,engineering installation,boiler,military,nuclear and so on.

Performance

The main part is made of aluminum,the structure is light,and the caliper clamping method can be applied to different pipe diameters;Adopt backlash-free gear transmission design,stable rotation,small moment of inertia,no jamming phenomenon;The mechanical template guide mechanism keeps the distance between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece surface constant;Suitable for thin-walled carbon steel,stainless steel pipe welding;Welding head circulating water cooling,long continuous working time;Self-melting and wire welding;Widely used in on-site installation of various joints such as pipe,pipe elbow,pipe flange,pipe valve,etc.;
