HY-PH9010E can function continuously under 1000°C, while the perfect graphite reduction temperature shall be around 950°C according to literature and experience.

HY-PH9010E is able to produce 2 dimension / 3 dimension graphene depending on the quality of sample graphite.

The graphite reduction process can be finished whithin seconds, which enables instant production of large amount high-quality graphene.

HY-PH9010E is equiped with pre heating device to heat nitrogen before entering the tube, which will save time compared to furnace without pre heating device since it will take time for temperature to recover to 950°C with the inflow of cold nitrogen gas.
