Carbon steel horizontal pressure leaf filter for solid liquid seapration
The horizontal pressure leaf filter is a kind of efficient, environmental-friendly, energy -saving precision clarification equipment with closed automatic filtration. It is widely used in such industries as medicine, biology, grain and oil, prteochemical industry, chemical industry, petroleum, food, beverage, sugar, etc.
Working principle
The filter screen plate is the major component for the filter. It consists of multiple layers of stainless steel screens of different specification. In the middle there is a passage for the filtrate, at the outside there is frame.
At the lower part of screen plate there is a nozzle for the discharge port which is inserted into the collection pipe, in between the nozzle and socket of collection pipe there is rubber “O” ring for sealing.
