Product description
The food waste centrifuge is mainly composed of bowl, screw, differential, frame, cover, motors and other components. The bowl adopts a double-cone angle design, and the inner wall of the bowl is specially designed with longitudinal concave-convex grooves to improve the efficiency of screw conveying the solid phase. The working surface of the screw blade has a hard alloy protective layer, which effectively improves the wear life of the screw blade. The main motor is controlled by the main frequency converter, and the auxiliary motor is controlled by the auxiliary frequency converter. The frequency of the motor can be adjusted arbitrarily.
Design features
1. The main parts such as the bowl are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
2. The conveying screw adopts special anti-wear measures, which can be spray-welded with hard alloy protective layer or inlaid with hard alloy resistant sheet.
3. Large aspect ratio and high speed.
4. Cycloidal pin wheel, planetary gear or hydraulic differential with heavy load and large transmission ratio can be selected.
5. The differential speed can be adjusted at any time at the control cabinet.
