The juice after squeezing usually contains some suspended matter, which not only affects the appearance and flavor of the juice, but also deteriorates the juice. Therefore, filtration is a very important part of the production process. For turbid juices, the large particles and suspended particles dispersed in the juice are removed on the premise of preserving the color particles to obtain color, flavor and fragrance; for transparent juices, fine filtration is required after coarse filtration, not only to remove all particles, but also separate the colloidal particles that are easy to form precipitates.
Product description
Centrifugal separation is different from traditional filtration methods. There is no filter medium inside the centrifuge. Centrifugal separation is a process of separating solids and liquids with different densities by the huge centrifugal force generated by its own high-speed rotation. The centrifuge does not need to be stopped during the entire separation process, and the entire production is fully automatic, without manual intervention and shutdown for cleaning. Therefore, the use of centrifuges is more cost-effective and more efficient in the long-term production process. Usually in the production process, a decanter centrifuge is used to separate large particles of solids, which is called coarse filtration; and a disc separator is used to separate small particles of solids, which is called fine filtration.
