Fireproof A2 Metal Composite Panel is a new type of non-combustible cladding material. It is generally covered on both sides with PVDF coated aluminum sheet or stainless steel and cooper sheet, and embedded in between with natural inorganic materials. The metal sheet and core are perfectly bound by a special macro molecule binder, which is heated and melted in production. This advanced process technology improve the panel's mechanical features as toughness, impact resistance, and crushing resistance, which therefore ensures the quality appearance, superior performance and simple operability.

PROCESSING METHODS

1. It’s easily to be cut. It’s able to reach the wanted size by shearing machine

2. Use table saw or hand saw also convenient way to judge the size, especially when need a little size modification when on construction site

3. If there is a hole requirements on the panel, could easily get through by drill. (Not recommend to make hole on panel if the application is on exterior.)

4. Use punch machine also could get wanted hole. (Not recommend to make hole on panel if the application is on exterior.)

5. It could make curve or column by using three roller curve machine or hydraulic pressure curve machine

6. It could be easy to bend the panel by giving U type groove on the panel back side

7. It could use bolt screw, nut, or rivet etc. connect way fix or stick the panel and supporting frame.(suggest to use stainless steel or A1 material to avoid the possible rust or corrupt)

8. To select stand up or lay down CNC process center is also a good way when need big batch quantity process.
