The operation of a concrete dosing machine involves the following steps:
1.Aggregates Loading: The aggregates, such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone, are loaded into the individual hoppers of the dosing machine. Each hopper is designated for a particular aggregate size or type.
2.Weighing: The dosing machine is equipped with load cells or weighing systems that measure the weight of the aggregates as they are discharged from the hoppers. The load cells provide accurate weight readings, allowing precise dosing of the aggregates.
3.Proportioning: The dosing machine is programmed with the desired mix proportions for the concrete to be produced. Based on these proportions, the machine controls the discharge of each aggregate from the hoppers, ensuring the correct ratio of materials.
4.Transfer: As the aggregates are weighed and proportioned, they are transferred from the hoppers to a conveyor belt or other conveying mechanism. The conveyor belt transports the aggregates to the mixing unit of the concrete batching plant.
5.Repeat Process: The dosing machine continues the above steps for each batch of concrete to be produced. It ensures consistent and accurate dosing of the aggregates throughout the production process.
