Wet concrete dosing system, is suitable for different silicone molds, rubber molds and plastic molds, size range from 200*200mm to 1500*1500mm, available for producing the artificial stone both for wall and floor paving, 3D Wall panel, terrazzo floor tile, etc .wet casting doser machine Multiple function for production, it include unloading, painting, concrete dosing and stacking, and available usage for plastic molds of floor tile and terrazzo tile, silicone molds for artificial stone etc.The auto spray painting machine, has function for mold oil painting, stroll color painting and full color painting, also it can be turned on/off separately.
With the development of mechanical automation, if you want to improve production efficiency, machines are indispensable in the production process. If you want to mass-produce paver tiles, we have 3 production lines to choose from: single dosing production line, double dosing production line and quantitative feeding production line.
Quantitative feeding production line
Features:
1. This equipment is an upgraded version of the above production line; it also has their functions;
2. The feeding method is adjusted from horizontal blanking to bottom-up feeding and feeding, the feeding amount is more stable, and there will be no leakage or uneven material;
3. A weighing system is added, and there is a weighing device under the feeding port, which can weigh concrete within 5-25 kg, making the feeding amount more accurate;
4. The digital display PLC control system is added, which is easy to operate and more intelligent;
5. Configuration: quantitative feeding equipment + 500L mandatory stirring + PLC digital power distribution cabinet.
