Our factories passed BSCI audit, ISO 9001 with organized control, our foam products had passed Oeko-tex standard 100 and SGS certificate with quality assurance.
After more than 10 years of development, our two factories covers area of 20,000 square meters. We cooperated with top R&D design company for several years, have our own exporting and domestic sales team, and over 200 workers in our factories, with five automatic foaming production lines, dust-free workshop, our capacity reaches up to 20,000 - 3 0,000pcs per day which fully meets our customers' requirements.
We have 4 automatic cutting lines, 2 lines of embroidery craft and 40 sets sewing, 5 overedging machines to satisfy high quality products, with sampling team to finish the samples within 3 days, daily output for pillowcovers and mattress covers upto 10 thousands, all products had been passed through testing and 100% inspection with high standard, our workers dedicated the foam products and bring more people the better sleeping.
We have more than 6 thousands square meters warehouse, so we accpet urgent orders and the lead time can be 7 days. Free samples and fast delivery. Owing to our perfect service, satisfied products and competitive price, customers from all over the world.
