High aluminum castable production process: material selection - batching - mixing - packing - storage

1. Select raw materials for making high aluminum castable according to the formula.

2. Calculate the aggregate, powder gradation, binder and additive dosage according to the raw material formula, and strictly control the aggregate powder particles.

3. Put the weighing aggregate and powder into the mixer successively and stir evenly, then pour the powder into the aggregate and stir evenly for 8-10 minutes.

4. Put the stirred high aluminum castable into the ton bale, equipped with additives and binder, and then package.

5. The packed high aluminum castable shall be stored in the warehouse, and the date shall be marked and treated as moisture-proof and waterproof.
