Product introduction
Silica mullite bricks are refractory bricks made of high-grade high-alumina bauxite clinker, andalusite, silicon carbide and super-grade homogenized bauxite as main raw materials.

Product specification size
The sizes of the silicon-mold brick roots are diversified, including standard, square, and special shapes. The size of the standard silica brick is 230*114*65mm, and the square and special-shaped sizes can be processed according to user needs.
The silicon-modified bricks of our factory are mainly divided into two specifications: silicon-modified brick 1650 and silicon-modified brick 1680.

Silica mullite brick Applications:

Silica mullite bricks are mainly used in the transition zone, cooling zone, and kiln mouth of cement kilns. The service life of the secondary firing zone and transition zone of the cement rotary kiln is better than that of spinel bricks. The main reason is that the spinel bricks form corroded zones due to alkali erosion during use, causing cracks and spalling on the hot surface to accelerate Damaged. The structure of silica-mold brick is dense, mullite and SiC crystals are stable, and a continuous dense layer of SiO2 is formed on the brick surface, which prevents the erosion of gas and melt. In addition, SiC has high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient, and the product has good thermal shock resistance. These performance characteristics make the silica-mold bricks not easy to break and peel off, and because the thermal conductivity is lower than that of magnesia materials, the cylinder body will not be heated too high, which not only ensures the normal operation of the rotary kiln cylinder body, but also saves fuel.
