Sic refractories, Silicon Nitride Bonded Sic Brick / SiC brick is made of high quality synthetically made silicon carbide grains (SIC) and selected bonding components, including nitride, Si3N4.
The Si3N4 SiC Blocks is widely used in as lining bricks of large aluminum electrolytic cell. Using nitride bonded silicon carbide products to enlarge the tank capacity, improve the thermal conductivity, enable rapid cooling and increase the tank production capacity at the same time. On its surface can form alumina and cryolite of eutectic content, which can protect the tank lining work layer, prolong the tank's service life, therefore, silicon nitride bonded sic refractories is a welcomed product in aluminum industry.
With SiC as the main raw material for refractories. Containing SiC72% ~ 99%.
Combined into clay, Si3N4 combined, Sialon with, β-SiC with, Si2ON2 combined and re-crystallization sic refractories.

A1:Refractoriness:the refractory material withstands high temperature without melting and softening performance in the absence of load resistance.Usually working temperature is less than refractoriness about 350-400°C.Q2.How are the products’ quality?
