Steel Laser Cutting Service

Laser cutting is realized by high power density energy generated by laser focusing. Each high-energy laser pulse splashes out a tiny hole on the surface of the object in an instant. Under the control of a computer, the laser processing head and the processed material move in a continuous relative motion according to the pre-drawn pattern, so as to process the object into the desired shape. During cutting, a coaxial airflow with the beam is ejected from the cutting head to blow out the melted or vaporized material from the bottom of the cut (note: if the blown gas and the cut material produce thermal effect reaction, this reaction will provide additional energy needed for cutting; The airflow also cools the cut surface, reduces the heat affected zone, and keeps the focusing lens free of contamination. Compared with the traditional plate processing method, laser cutting has the advantages of high cutting quality (narrow incision width, small thermal impact zone, smooth incision), high cutting speed, high flexibility (can cut any shape at will), wide material adaptability and so on.
