Usage ND-063:
In order to show you our sharpener’s apparent effect intuitively, now we make a comparison test.
First, we make the knife dull, you can see, it can not cut the sponge
Second, we use our sharpener, sharpen the dull knife,
1. Place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife
2. Put the knife into the “V”slot -tungsten stage, pull back several times for coarse sharpening,
3. Put the knife into diamond rod stage, pull back several times for fine sharpening.
4. Put the knife into ceramic blade stage for polishing.
5. We use the same knife to cut the sponge again

How knife sharpening kit works:
StageⅠ- Preparation (High grade Diamond rods). This 'roughens' the knife edge to prepare the surface for sharpening. It also smooths any nicks
and imperfections that could cause the blade to 'catch' during the sharpening stage
(a common problem with 1 and 2 stage pull through sharpeners which can cause damage to blades).
StageⅡ - Sharpen (Hardened Tungsten Carbide Plates) - Now pull the blade through slot 2's precision angled tungsten carbide plates to
create the perfect sharpened 'V' edge on even the bluntest knife.
StageⅢ- Hone (Ceramic Stone Rods) - For final edge honing. It removes any burs and gently polishes the blade edges for a super sharp finish.
